Why It Works

• Two products in one, depending on how you inflate it. Firm, it is a seating aid that permits small movement. Soft, it is a genuine balance challenge that recruits the core.

How to use

• Start firm and let air out gradually until you find what suits the child.

OT Tip

• Watch the feet. A child on a disc with dangling feet has instability on top of instability, and focus gets worse, not better.
• Feet flat on the floor or on a box first, disc second.

Inflate with the pump supplied. Slightly under-inflate for a wobblier, more demanding surface; inflate fully for a firmer, easier one.
