Do you deliver across the UAE?
Yes. We deliver to all seven emirates. Most orders arrive within 2–3 business days. Shipping is AED 35 on orders under AED 250 and free on orders of AED 250 or more. Bulky items may take longer, and we will contact you with a timeframe if that applies.
How do I clean soft play, mats and swings?
Wipe down with mild soap and warm water, then dry fully before folding or storing. Avoid alcohol wipes, hand sanitiser and solvent cleaners — these are what make vinyl go brittle, crack and split at the seams, and they are the commonest cause of early failure. Never store damp, keep out of direct sun, and never leave equipment in a parked car.
