Which size do I need?
Twin fits a standard single mattress; Full fits a double. The sheet is meant to be snug — that is where the compression comes from — so choose the size of the mattress, not a size up.
Compression sheet or weighted blanket?
A compression sheet gives lighter, even pressure that stays put as the child moves, and is cooler. A weighted blanket gives heavier input the child can take off. If a weighted blanket is too hot or too heavy, the sheet is usually the better fit. Message us and we will talk it through.
How do I look after a body sock, sleeves or a compression sheet?
Machine wash cool on a gentle cycle with like colours and air dry flat. No tumble drying, no bleach, no fabric softener — heat and softener both destroy the elastane that provides the compression. Replace the item when the stretch has gone or the fabric has thinned. A garment that no longer springs back is no longer giving pressure.
