Shaped grips that give every finger a place to sit. Choose these for a child whose thumb wraps over the pencil or who holds it in a whole fist — not for one who simply presses too hard.
Soft silicone, and they fit triangular, hexagonal and round pencils as well as most pens. Four in a pack, so the pencils at school, at home and in the homework box can all be fitted at once.
Highlights & Tips
- This is the shaped kind — it gives every finger a place to sit. Choose it for a child whose thumb wraps over the pencil or who holds it in a fist, not for one who simply presses too hard.
- It has a left and a right position. Turn it around for a left-handed child. Fitted the wrong way, a shaped grip teaches the wrong position.
- Four means you can fit the pencils they actually use. One at school, one at home, one in the homework box — a grip that has to be moved between pencils usually stops being used.
