How to use
- Apply to clean, dry skin with no oils or creams, and round off the corners of each strip so the edges do not lift.
- Use less tension than feels right. Over-stretched tape irritates the skin and gives no useful cue.

- Ask your therapist to show you the placement once and take a photo of it. Placement is what makes the difference, and a photo means you can repeat it at home with confidence.

- Contains no latex. The backing is elastic cotton and the adhesive is acrylic.
- Sensitivity to acrylic adhesive is a different reaction from latex allergy and does happen. Patch test a small area and wait 24 hours before wider use.
- Best applied by, or on the advice of, a qualified therapist.
- Do not apply to broken, irritated, infected or sunburnt skin, or over open wounds.
- Remove straight away if there is itching, rash, burning or more pain.
- Remove gently, in the direction of hair growth, ideally after a shower.
- Not suitable for children under 3.
