Safety Guidelines
- Ask your child's doctor before using any color changing light if your child has epilepsy or has ever had a seizure. Use a single steady color at low brightness rather than a fast cycle.
- Adult supervision. Long strands are capable of wrapping around a neck, so this is not equipment to leave a child alone with.
- Not suitable for children under 3 years.
- Wall mounted. Fix it into something structural, not plasterboard alone. A child will lean on it and pull on the strands.
- Keep the power cable behind the panel or out of reach. Never run it across a walkway.
- Strands carry light, not electricity, and are safe to hold. The light engine is not a toy and should be out of reach.
- Check the strands for breaks before each session. Retire any strand where the sealed end has come away.
- Switch it off at the wall when the room is not in use.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I look after a lamp, projector or light panel?
Switch off and unplug before cleaning. Wipe with a dry or barely damp cloth and never let water reach the unit, the cable or the plug. Nothing electrical should be immersed. For bubble tubes, empty, rinse and refill with clean water periodically, and never move a tube while it is full. Keep units out of direct sun and away from heat.
Do you deliver across the UAE?
Yes. We deliver to all seven emirates. Most orders arrive within 2–3 business days. Shipping is AED 35 on orders under AED 250 and free on orders of AED 250 or more. Bulky items may take longer, and we will contact you with a timeframe if that applies.
