Twenty six alphabet cards and ten number cards for the wall, in the same letter style the workbooks teach, so the wall is not showing a child a second version of the alphabet. Number cards come with something to count.
Hang them at seated eye level. A card above adult head height is decoration. Point a child back to the wall instead of spelling it out for them.
Highlights & Tips
- Hang them at the child's eye level. A card above adult head height is decoration. At seated eye height it gets used.
- The letter style matches the workbooks. The wall is not teaching a second version of the alphabet.
- Point at the card, do not spell it out. Sending a child back to the wall builds the habit of checking for themselves.
- Numbers come with something to count. Formation and quantity sit on the same card.
