A cotton swing that hangs two ways. From two points it is a quiet nook for reading. From one point it spins 360 degrees for climbing and active play, though single point use needs a swivel, sold separately.
Slow swinging settles a child, spinning wakes one up, so the same swing covers both ends of the day. Climbing in builds more strength than the swinging does. Cotton breathes, worth knowing in this climate.
Highlights & Tips
- Two swings in one, depending on how you hang it. Two points make a quiet reading nook. One point makes a spinning, climbing challenge. Few swings do both.
- Linear swinging calms, spinning alerts. Slow back and forth settles a child. Spinning wakes one up, and a little goes a long way. Watch for flushed cheeks or glassy eyes and stop there.
- Climbing in builds the strength, not the swinging. Getting into a moving fabric swing takes grip, core and motor planning, and most children will do it fifty times without being asked.
- Cotton breathes. Worth knowing in this climate, where a nylon swing gets uncomfortable quickly.

Setup & Installation
Adult installation. A swing is only as safe as the anchor above it.
- Two suspension points give a calm, gentle swing. One point lets it spin 360 degrees for active play.
- Single point use needs a swivel, sold separately. Hanging from one point without a swivel twists the fabric and wears it.
- Fix to a structural beam, a rated ceiling hanger, a swing frame or a doorway bar. Never to plasterboard or a ceiling tile.
- Soft flooring underneath, extending well past the arc of the swing on every side.
- If you are unsure an anchor will hold, it will not. Ask a professional rather than testing it with a child.

Safety Guidelines
Adult supervision at all times. One child at a time. Maximum 77 kg.
- Ages 3 to 10.
- Check the fabric, stitching, carabiners and anchor before every use. A swing that has been hanging all week is not the same as one you have just inspected.
- Soft flooring underneath and clear space all round. Nothing to swing into.
- No loose cords, scarves, hoods or helmet straps. Take them off first.
- Stop spinning at the first sign of dizziness, flushing or glassy eyes, and never spin a child who cannot tell you to stop.
- Take it down and store it out of reach when not in use.
