How to use
- Slow swinging forwards and back settles a child. Fast or spinning movement wakes them up. Choose according to what the child needs rather than what they ask for.
- Watch for delayed reactions. Paleness, yawning or sudden stillness can appear minutes after the swinging stops.
OT Tip
- If a therapist could keep only one swing, most would keep the bolster. Straddling gives a secure position that even an anxious child will usually accept.

- The anchor point must be installed by a competent person into a structural beam or a purpose-built frame. Plasterboard, a suspended ceiling and light fittings will not hold.
- A suspended setup is only as strong as its weakest part — anchor, hardware, straps and swing all count.
- Inspect the straps, stitching and fixings before every single use.
- Clear the area of hard edges and furniture, and use matting underneath.
- One child at a time.
- Retire it after any fall or sudden shock load.

Do you deliver across the UAE?

What do I need to hang this safely?
A structural anchor point installed by a competent person — a ceiling joist, a structural beam or a purpose-built frame. Plasterboard, a suspended ceiling and most light fittings will not hold. If you are unsure, please ask before you buy.
How much weight can the swing setup hold?
Each part carries its own limit, and a suspended setup is only as strong as its weakest component. Our Daisy Chain Rope holds up to 300 lbs (136 kg) and our Carabiner Swivel has a 150 kg working load limit — so a setup using both is limited to 136 kg. Your ceiling anchor must also be rated for the load and installed by a competent person. If you are unsure, message us with your setup before you buy.
Is anything else needed?
Yes. The swing itself, the carabiner and the ceiling anchor are all sold separately. Message us with your setup and we will tell you exactly what you need.
How do I clean soft play, mats and swings?
Wipe down with mild soap and warm water, then dry fully before folding or storing. Avoid alcohol wipes, hand sanitiser and solvent cleaners — these are what make vinyl go brittle, crack and split at the seams, and they are the commonest cause of early failure. Never store damp, keep out of direct sun, and never leave equipment in a parked car.
