Returns
• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

• Digital products or downloadable resources
• Custom or special-order items
• Items damaged due to misuse

Bulky / Large Items
Due to the nature of large or bulky items, returns may be subject to additional shipping or handling fees. Please contact us before returning these items.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.
